L&#8217;aroma del caff\u00e8 dona quel gusto irresistibile che ricorda molto, almeno personalmente, &#8220;la coppa del nonno&#8221;. Una gusto cappuccino, ma vellutato e cremoso. La ganache pu\u00f2 essere infine montata, rendendola pi\u00f9 spumosa e facile per la farcitura di una torta.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ingredienti:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">200 grammi di panna da montare (liquida)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">200 grammi di cioccolato bianco<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">2 cucchiaini colmi di caff\u00e8 solubile (aroma intenso)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Procedimento:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Preparate il cioccolato spezzettandolo a pezzetti piccoli e versandoli in una ciotola assieme ai due cucchiaini di caff\u00e8 solubile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a class=\"boxer\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pasticciando.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/ganache-al-caff\u00e8-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1660\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pasticciando.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/ganache-al-caff\u00e8-1.jpg\" alt=\"ganache al caff\u00e8 1\" width=\"251\" height=\"178\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mettete in un pentolino la panna e portatela ad ebollizione (fuoco medio-basso). Fate attenzione a non farla bollire se no si rovina. Appena inizia a bollire leggermente spegnete il fuoco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Versate la panna calda sul cioccolato spezzettato in precedenza e lasciate sciogliere per circa due minuti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a class=\"boxer\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pasticciando.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/ganache-al-caff\u00e8-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1661\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pasticciando.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/ganache-al-caff\u00e8-2.jpg\" alt=\"ganache al caff\u00e8 2\" width=\"255\" height=\"176\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dopodich\u00e9 iniziate a girare con un cucchiaio cercando di amalgamare bene i due ingredienti.
